Ugur Sahin, one of very few independent designers of our time who have had the unique opportunity to see their work move from the drawing board to reality (with the Corvette-based Soleil Anadi), is back again with a new Ferrari design concept created with a limited-production run in mind, if there’s enough interest.

For now, Sahin’s Project F lives in the realm of the digital world, proposing a completely new body for the existing Ferrari 458 Italia with extended fenders, a wraparound windscreen and a rear end that immediately brings to mind the LaFerrari hybrid exotic.

In essence, the idea is that the Project F would be a coach-built version of the 458, similar to what Italy’s Touring Superleggera did to the Alfa Romeo 8c Competizione with the Disco Volante.
