Ferrari’s Special Projects (SP) division has been very active lately delivering not one, but two new one-off creations in the first months of the year (check out the SP America here), including the SP FFX that we first saw in January and are now getting a second look through these pictures, purportedly shot in Japan.

The Italians have refused to hand out any specific information on the car, but from what we understand, it is based on the all-wheel drive Ferrari FF dropping the shooting brake design for a more streamlined coupe body with contrasting/controversial white accents and wheels.

If that holds true and Ferrari’s engineers kept the car’s mechanical components intact, then behind the redesigned bumper is a 6.3-liter V12 engine capable of delivering a peak output of 651hp (660PS) and 683 Nm (504 lb-ft) of peak torque paired to a 7-speed F1 DCT transmission.
