It might be the mother of all Golf GTI festivals, but over the years, the Wörthersee Tour in Austria has also become an arena for all of VW Group’s mainstream brands to display a mix of concepts, new products and cars. At this year’s gathering and among other goods, Audi brought along a newly developed concept with the self-explanatory name, “Q3 Camping Tent”.

Audi says the outdoor variant of the Q3 gets a new tent with a wind load rating of up to 70 km/h (44 mph) that can be rolled out and opened in about seven minutes, while if necessary, you can also hook it up to the open rear hatch of the SUV.

The red-colored model is the European market SQ5 TDI powered by a 3.0-liter bi-turbo V6 diesel delivering 308hp (313PS) with Audi having outfitted it with a number of genuine accessories ranging from a new roof box and a bicycle rack for the trailer hitch, to new cabin pockets and wireless internet access.

As for the A1 Sportback pictured below, it previews a new color scheme named “Macao Yellow” that will be available for order next year. It combines a black exterior finish with optionally available yellow-colored detailed like the roof spoiler and decals, and matt black cast aluminum wheels, plus a black headliner and yellow trims for the interior.
