Tom Kristensen, the Danish veteran endurance driver, shared his experience in regards to how best to tackle the famous Le Mans circuit. He goes through the technique that’s idea for each corner, but instead of using real footage as visual representation, Forza Motorsport 5 runs of many different (virtual) drivers are added together into one seamless lap.

The track itself, called Circuit de la Sarthe, opened and hosted its first venue in 1923, but since then it’s suffered countless modifications, the most recent and noticeable of which was the creation of a chicane at the midpoint of the Mulsanne straight, to keep cars from hitting 400 km/h [249mp/h] and taking off…

Mastering the virtual track, in its latest form, takes practice, as does tacking any new and technical track, though this one is ideal for LMP-style vehicles with long gearing.
