Revealed not long ago, the Zenos E10 was originally believed to be exclusively available with a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine which made 200 hp. It’s good for pushing the lightweight sports car to sixty in 4.5-ish seconds; a more than respectable time.

Now, the E10 S has been announced, a more powerful variant that uses a turbocharger to drop the acceleration time closer to the 4-second mark. It gets its motivation from a Ford EcoBoost engine (also a 2.0-liter) with 250 hp.

The E10 is still very new, and when it enters the reviews carrousel, it definitely stands a chance of making some high profile victims among the slower supercars – it will definitely be up there with the best of them through the corners, though, especially if the Track Pack option is ticked, which, among other things, add s a limited slip diff for that clean corner exit.

In its native UK, the E10 is priced at £24,995, the E10 S raises the bar to £29,995, while the Track pack is another £3,000; in the US, it’s set to sell for close to $40,000.
