Chevrolet will debut a special edition Camaro SS at the SEMA Show in November and wants you to find a proper name for it.

Scheduled to arrive in dealerships in the first quarter of 2015, the new model will be offered in coupe and convertible models with 2SS trim, with both versions to feature an exclusive Emerald Green Metallic exterior color. Other unique exterior features include the RS Appearance Package, which brings high-intensity discharge headlamps, LED taillamps, RS-specific front upper grille, body-color roof moldings and body-color antenna.

The special edition Camaro SS also comes with Chrome Dusk 21-inch accessory wheels (20-inch polished wheels for export models), body-color SS hood extractor with a standard black finish, body-color accessory ground effects package, body-color ZL1 rear spoiler and Cyber Gray rally stripes.

All models will feature a black interior with Graphite Silver door panel and instrument panel inserts, with convertible models getting a black top. Optional extras include a sunroof, dual-mode exhaust (not for export models), navigation radio and Chevrolet Performance short-throw shifter.

Nothing changes under the hood, with the 6.2-liter V8 being rated at 426hp and 420lb-ft (569Nm) of torque in models with the standard six-speed manual transmission. The same engine produces400hp and 410lb-ft (556Nm) of torque on models equipped with the available six-speed automatic transmission.
