On October 31, Mustang6g forum member “GT” was posting clips of the delivery of his brand-new 2015 Mustang; eight-days later, he was sharing these photos…

The Mustang GT overturned after an allegedly drunk driver smashed into the coupe’s front fender pushing it onto the guardrail causing the car to flip over and slide on its roof on the highway.

All airbags went off with the Mustang driver – fortunately – making it out alive with only minor injuries.

“A drunk driver collided with me at highway speed. I only had my 2015 Mustang GT 8 days when this happened,” he wrote in a posting. “Very upsetting but car held up well and I am getting full replacement value for it. My hat goes off to Ford for engineering an extremely safe car that performed well in the crash.”

This is the second 2015 Mustang crash we’ve heard about over the last month, with the previous one occurring in Dallas, Texas.
