It’s unfortunate that this accident happened and we hope everyone inside the car was fine, but this driver was practically begging for trouble.
Not only was a car coming from the opposite side, but also the motorist in the silver sedan overtook the dash-cam vehicle at or right after the pedestrian crossing.
It was a foolishly risky move and he/she paid for it as the saloon clipped a Toyota RAV4 sending it out of control on the wet road before the ditch completed the disaster by turning it upside down – luckily, at a low speed.
