The Volvo V60 looks classy both inside and out and comes packed with tech and features. In T6 guise, you get it with a three-liter V6 that’s turbocharged to produce 325 hp – that’s without direct injection and the power is sent to the wheels via a fairly old six-speed autobox.

CNET’s Brian Cooley liked the V6 straight-six, which he tried out in T6 R-Design spec, but noted that the engine/gearbox combo made the car feel kind of slow to react – he says you need to put it in sport mode to really get the most out of the otherwise competent driving experience.

On the tech front, Cooley noted the abundance of in-built connected apps/services that are not limited to online radio. However, Volvo has yet to announce what it’s going to charge owners to stay connected after the first six free months after buying the car.
