Besides the Camry and Corolla Special Edition models, Toyota’s booth at the Chicago Auto Show will also feature the facelifted 2016 Avalon sedan.

The automaker has just released a teaser photo of the refreshed Avalon, which features a redesigned front fascia in line with the brand’s latest offerings. We can spot a larger trapezoidal lower grille that makes the car look more aggressive, as well as LED headlights and vertical LED fog lights.

Toyota didn’t offer any official information, so we can only speculate that the interior will also get some updates as well. As for the engines, the 2016 Avalon will probably follow in the footsteps of the facelifted Camry and carry on with the same units as the current model – the 200hp 2.5-liter Atkinson engine in the Avalon Hybrid and the 268hp 3.5-liter V6 in the base model.
