The Shanghai-GM joint venture will showcase a mysterious concept at the Shanghai Auto Show called Chevrolet FNR. An alleged teaser photo of the study has been published by Chinese website Auto Sohu, with the image showing the front end of the car in a dark studio setting.

The FNR Concept’s name stands for “Find New Roads,” which is Chevrolet global advertising slogan. The vehicle is reportedly an electric vehicle designed at GM’s Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center, which was also responsible for the Chevrolet Sail and Enjoy.

The FNR Concept is said to have features like autopilot, pupil recognition startup, gesture control, wireless charging, as well as a number of intelligent robotic controllers to make time spent driving relaxed.

The FNR Concept will be joined on the Shanghai stage by the pure electric Chevrolet Bolt study and the Chinese-spec Malibu facelift. We’ll give you more details about it as soon as GM decides to go public with the new study.
