The action unfolds in near Tonala, in Guadalajara, Mexico where a group of longboarders is doing its thing. Not long into the video, one of the protagonists, 19 year-old Luis Mangujano has his balance upset by one of his colleagues and then veers straight into an oncoming car.

His head and back visibly and audibly smack into the car’s front bumper which absorbs most of the force, as does the all important helmet. Had in not been for the latter, the outcome of the accident could have been much worse, but as it stood, Luis got up and shakily walked it off…
