The Jaguar F-Type is one of the world’s best looking cars. It’s not even a discussion. It’s so stunning to look at, you’d have a hard time imagining how somebody could ever improve upon such an iconic design.

We have to say, Jaguar really nailed it with the F-Type. Whatever we may think about the XE or the all-new XF, all their sins are washed away the second we make eye contact with this beautiful car.

Piecha Design put together an aerodynamics package for the F-Type to go with the new set of alloys. The aero pack features a new bumper, revised splitter, new side skirts and a new rear diffuser.

The wheels measure 20×9.5 front and 20×11 at the rear and they’re quite splendid to look at. The overall lowered ride height (by 30 mm) is also a bonus.

Of course, since this is a supercharged V8 F-Type Convertible, we should also add that thanks to its 550 HP and 680 Nm (501 lb-ft) of peak torque, it can accelerate to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.2 seconds and hit a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph).

So even though the F-Type isn’t considered to be a true blue collar supercar, the way it looks, the way it sounds and how fast it goes do qualify it to stand shoulder to shoulder with a few, more expensive and exotic automobiles.

Though if we could have our choice, we’d take the Coupe – it looks a little meaner without the soft-top.
