Here is yet another BMW i8 rocking a unique look on the ever-popular BMW Abu Dhabi showroom floor. Interesting color combo, don’t you think?

The showroom sure went out of their way in order to make BMW i8 customers feel like they’re not only buying a truly special and remarkable product, but also one that’s personalized to their precise specifications.

And to be fair, we’ve seen quite a lot of special-looking i8s such as this ‘Lime Green‘ one or this yellow Bumblebee-ish one. Then there was that gorgeous two tone wrap on that one i8 allegedly belonging to L.A Lakers forward Julius Randle. This one, however, features a very curious, yet interesting looking color combination.

The black and yellow accents are surrounded by a light brown foil wrap – and even though at first I didn’t think it would work, it’s amazing how you grow to like something if you keep starring at it, especially when that “thing” is a 155 mph (250 km/h) BMW i8.

So yes, the i8 is by no means a “no go” type of plug-in hybrid. It looks tremendous but it can also accelerate like a proper supercar, hitting 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.4 seconds. That’s as quick as the new 385 PS Porsche Cayman GT4.

As you can see, the yellow accents also found their way on the badges, such as the ‘eDrive’ and ‘i8’, as well as the BMW logo on the bonnet. We’re guessing that looking at this car every morning is not a bad way to start your day.
