Wow, these guys should sign up for the X Factor or America’s got talent, except they’ll probably never get to their auditions in one piece with this kind of rotten luck. Or with those “skills”.
Let’s get serious for a bit though. They had a tire blowout and the driver lost control of the car. It could have happened weather or not they were singing, weather or not they were busy messing about with that selfie stick. When it happens, it just happens.
They were lucky they didn’t crash the car and got hurt. But still, you can’t justify being so distracted while driving a car, especially since as far as your brain is concerned, it doesn’t really matter if you’re talking over the phone, talking with your passengers or singing along with them – it will still multi-task badly because that’s how our brains are wired. You can never truly do two things at once and be equally focused on them at the same time.
The comments section for this video is hilarious though. Especially when somebody suggested that the tire had enough of them singing ‘Baby Come Back’ and decided to bail.
At least the driver had her eyes (mostly) on the road, except for a few moments at the beginning of the video when she glances at the selfie stick a few times. Let’s not blame her for that, it’s comparable to her glancing at the air con or audio system.
By the way, it just occurred to us that the G63 AMG 6×6 would make a heck of a good “unlucky sing-along vehicle”. You can lose a wheel and keep on practicing your vocals like its nothing. Just saying.
