Now, that’s some scary stuff ladies and gents; passing out behind the wheel of your car while driving on the road and it purportedly happened to YouTuber Paul Yearley.

“Previously unknown medical condition caused a crash on 4/2/2015. I have never passed out in 26 years, but suddenly passed out and crashed. The new mustang I bought was trashed,” Yearley said on his channel.

The car veered off the road smashing through a fence as the driver apparently had his foot on the pedal, but he regained consciousness moments later and was able to bring it to a halt before any more damage was done.

Take this as you will, as it could mean something or it could mean nothing, but two things that strike as odd in this clip are the positioning of the camera (who places it behind or on the left side of their seat?) and the fact that the driver clicked a button on the steering wheel just before he fainted – it is to our understanding that the lower left button on these 4th-gen Mustangs turns off the Speed Control (owners can correct us if we’re wrong).
