The A3 sedan just looks right on the road, probably one of the best looking current Audis (and all-round compact sedans), so why shouldn’t they make it meaner, faster by turning it into an RS?

Audi already makes an RS3, which you can only have as the regular hatch or Sportback, but we say a sedan would make sense too. Teophilus Chin shows what such a creation could look like, by using details from the regular RS3 and the A3 Clubsport Quattro Concept.

The result is squat and purposeful, a car you’d want to get out of the way of you saw it behind you. Obviously it’s the same story with the hatchback, as they’d look alike from the front, but once it would pass you, you’d also see the perfectly proportioned three-box shape.

I`m sure there are many who would love the qualities of the RS3 but can’t live with its hatchback body style. The US is rumored to get an RS3 sedan, and we totally get why, but I think it should spread to Europe and the rest of the world, as well.
