Did you manage to translate Chevrolet’s press release about the 2016 Cruze issued entirely in Emoji?

If not, the automaker now offers the translation, from which we learn some new things about the redesigned model.

For example, the new compact sedan will offer an EPA-estimated 35 mpg highway (6.7 l/100 km), most likely from the new 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that debuted in the Malibu earlier this year.

The new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze also gets 7 connected devices with available 4G LTE Wi-Fi, as well as Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Bluetooth compatibility. Chevrolet will also throw in OnStar for free for six months. In terms of safety, the release says standard equipment will include 10 air bags.

The all-new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze will be available globally and will arrive in the US from spring 2016. Stay tuned because the automaker will officially lift the veils off the new model later today from 7 p.m. EST at the Fillmore Theatre in Detroit.
