Production versions of Hyundai’s first-ever small SUV, the upcoming Creta, were nabbed completely undisguised at two separate locations.

The black car appears to be a higher-specification trim level with chrome trims around the windows and slightly bigger wheels than the red example that was caught inside what appears to be a factory.

With the exception of some fancier trimmings and a more aggressive choice of alloy wheels and tires, the Creta looks identical to the ix25 Concept that was previewed at last year’s Beijing Auto Show. The same should apply to its exterior dimensions at 4,270mm (168in) long, 1,780mm (70in) wide, and 1,630mm (64.2in) tall with a wheelbase of 2,590mm (102in).

Hyundai has said that the global rollout of this all-new model will start in India towards the end of July with additional markets to follow; however, no specifics were given.

It’s very likely that the Koreans will offer different sets of powertrains for each region where the Creta will be sold.
