So here’s a snowmobile drag-racing a couple of Italian supercars. Wait, what? Is this going to be a thing now?
There are many outrageous and odd things happening in the motoring world and this video just proves it. Drag racing a Snowmobile on asphalt against mid-engine track munchers? Now I’ve seen everything.
According to the video description, the action is happening in Italy, on the Varano de’ Melegari racetrack and although it seems that the snowmobile holds its own against the prancing horses, there’s a possibility the supercar drivers aren’t flooring it. For the show’s sake.
That doesn’t mean this particular snowmobile isn’t stupendously fast, as it obviously tried to prove something. The thing even wheel-spined off the line. I mean track-spined, since it doesn’t have any wheels.
