Which one do you think is faster: the 542 hp Range Rover Sport SVR or the 600 hp Hennessey VelociRaptor? The answer to that question comes through a short video posted by Top Gear.

The Sport SVR has a manufacturer claimed zero to sixty time of 4.6 seconds, and in the case of the Hennessey we don’t really know; it’s certainly faster than the stock Ford F-150 Raptor which does it in a little over 6 seconds.

As the two set off, the VelociRaptor gets the first few inches, but after that all it sees is Range Rover rump right through to the end.

This was all but a foregone conclusion, but a race between the same Range Rover and the Shelby-tuned Raptor with 700 hp may be a lot closer than this one. In fact, even a race between the two modified Raptors would put things into perspective.
