Now it seems that the law regarding texting or just checking your phone at the wheel in the US state of Georgia is very strict – you can’t use it at all while you’re in the driver’s seat, even if the car is stationary!

That’s why local cops figured out a genius way to issue more tickets…

In a very sneaky and misleading fashion, they dressed up as road / construction workers and were sent to work at a busy intersection in Cobb County.

Apparently, the issuing rate is around fifty tickets per 90 minutes, so a pretty good record. The fine itself is $150 in Georgia.
