Isuzu has launched the D-Max Fury special edition model exclusively for the UK market. Bringing both styling and equipment upgrades, the D-Max Fury is based on the Eiger double-cab model.

The model stands out due to a unique Magma Red metallic paint finish, 17-inch five-spoke grey alloy wheels shod with 255/65 R17 Pirelli Scorpion tyres and a dark grey metallic finish for the front grille (which also features a red Isuzu logo at its center). Other exterior upgrades include the Cosmic black door and tailgate handles, the black rear bumper, as well as gun metal grey heavy-duty side steps.

Inside, the Isuzu D-Max Fury gets unique red stitching to key contact points such as the steering wheel and gear knob, as well as Fury carpet mats. Customers also have the option of upgrading the interior upholstery to Limited Edition Black and Red Fury leather.

There’s a single engine option, the 2.5-liter twin-turbo diesel engine rated at 163PS (161hp) and 400Nm (295lb-ft) of torque. The D-Max Fury is available with either manual or auto transmission, returning 38.7 mpg UK (7.3 l/100 km) over the combined cycle.

The Isuzu D-Max Fury will go on sale in September with a price of £19,999 for the manual version (£20,999 for the automatic), which Isuzu says represents a saving of around £2,000 compared to buying the accessories separately.
