Lamborghini wants to surprise us with yet another spaceship but the leaks just won’t let them have it their way.

If the rumors are true, the new Lamborghini beast will be called the HyperVeloce, according to TheSupercarKids and will be privately viewed by a very small number of potential buyers at the Pebble beach.

The first report said that Lamborghini will reveal a new, very limited hypercar based on the Aventador SV to a selected number of collectors. Sources indicate that the HyperVeloce will be built in really small numbers, meaning 20 Coupes and 10 Roadsters. The new model is expected to produce about 800hp (50hp more than the Aventador SV), have smaller weight and wear an even better aero suit that the car is based on.

Building very limited and very expensive supercars has become something of a tradition for Lamborghini if you think models like the Sesto Elemento, the Reventon and of course the bonkers-crazy Veneno of which, only 13 were ever made (4 coupes and 9 roadsters) costing more than $4.5million a piece.

It seems though that we won’t find out the truth, not until the Frankfurt Motor Show opens its gates, as Lamborghini is expected to display the HyperVeloce on its stand.
