Here we have the first official pictures of Bentley’s foray into the SUV segment, the posh Bentayga in production form.
We don’t have a lot of angles to go by and the image quality is low, but it looks like Bentley has has retained the basic shape of Bentley’s EXP 9 F concept from 2012, gifting the Bentayga with a more conventional, and less controversial, front end design, along with a different rear quarter window.
An official release could come as early as today, with Bentley having already set us up for some eye-catching specs, especially for the top model that will be motivated by a new twin-turbo 6.0-litre W12 TSI lump producing more than 600-horses and which was recently shown in a teaser video hitting 301km/h or 187mph on the track.
It’s expected that the British brand will offer the VW Group’s more frugal twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8, as well.
The Bentayga is set for a world premiere at next week’s 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
