Holden has announced that a new Limited Edition LS-X version will join the Colorado LS 4×4 Crew Cab pick-up, sporting alloy wheels, an alloy sports bar, front fog lamps and a few of other features.

The Colorado LS-X is available from mid-October and is said to save customers more than $1,000 RRP on accessories thanks to all of its generous equipment level. Aside from the previously mentioned alloys, sports bar and fog lamps, the LS-X also comes with a Colorado branded smoked bonnet protector, carpet flooring and unique LS-X badging.

Inside you’ll find Holden’s MyLink infotainment system, along with a 7″ color touch screen, whereas practicality-wise, the Colorado boasts a 3.5 tonne towing capacity and a ‘shift-on-the-fly’ 4WD system.

“The Colorado LS pick-up is a very tough and capable truck and now with these additional features Colorado LS-X it is as equally eye-catching,” said Peter Keley, Holden’s Executive Director of Sales.

“We are committed and focused on ensuring our customers get exceptional value for money and Colorado LS-X demonstrates this perfectly, boasting over $1,000 of savings on accessories as a group. Additionally with our Lifetime Capped Price Servicing and free scheduled services until 2020, this is an excellent time for customers to visit their local Holden dealer.”

Still, this remains a Limited Edition model with just 750 units being made available – so customers might want to check the car out sooner rather than later. The Colorado LS-X is priced at $1,000 (AUD) above the LS 4×4 Crew Cab version.
