New Skoda Citigo Black Edition Offers More Kit But Not Necessarily Black Styling Bits

Skoda added a new version to the Citigo’s range, dubbed the Black Edition featuring new design bits and more kit.

The new Skoda Citigo Black Edition is offered with the 60PS 1.0-litre petrol engine, both in three- and five-door configurations, and comes with a set of 15-inch Black Auriga alloys which then can be paired with either a Deep Black or a Candy White paintjob. The Black Edition also features rear-privacy glass and body-colored rear-view mirrors.

Apart from the usual styling bits and pieces though, Skoda has equipped the Citigo Black Edition with their Portable Infotainment Device which includes satellite navigation, hands-free Bluetooth connectivity and a multimedia player.

Also standard is the Entertainment pack which adds four extra speakers and a multimedia holder in the cabin. Other features include air-conditioning, electric windows and a height-adjustable driver’s seat.

The price for Skoda’s new Citigo Black Edition is set from £9,900 for the three-door and £10,340 for the five-door in the UK.
