Chevrolet revealed four Camaro concepts at the SEMA Show today, all of them based on the sixth generation of the model which will soon begin rolling into dealerships.

The four Camaros were built to demonstrate the available customization options which are available through a new lineup of accessories and performance parts.

The Camaro Performance concept is based on an SS model painted in Summit White with red accents, featuring a set of billet-cut 20-inch forged aluminium wheels, lowered suspension and other performance upgrades.

Next we have the Camaro Hyper concept which is based on the 3.6-litre V6 model and draws inspiration from Camaro’s heritage with white rally stripes, retro-styled badging and polished 20-inch forged aluminium wheels.

The Camaro Black concept is probably the easiest to get as it basically is a murdered-out variation of the SS, wearing a Mosaic Black metallic paint and darkened exterior trim that matches the tinted glass and the black 20-inch wheels. A lowered suspension is also present to give it the appropriate stance.

Last but not least we have the Camaro Krypton concept for those who want to keep Superman away from their rides. This Camaro features a electroluminescent Krypton Green paint with illuminated bow ties that cascade down the body sides at the flick of a switch. Take that Superman.

Chevrolet says that they will offer elements and accessories seen on these concepts in accessory packages from early 2016. Chevrolet’s range of accessories for the new Camaro includes three aluminium wheel designs in multiple finishes, grille kits with six-body color inserts for LT and SS models, a blade-style rear spoiler, four exterior graphics packages, interior trim kits, performance exhaust kits for SS and V6 models, suspension lowering kits, Brembo brakes and even engine covers for the SS and LT models.

“Since it was introduced in 1967, the Camaro has been one of the industry’s most personal and personalized cars,” said Roger McCormack, Accessories & Performance Parts Marketing Director. “Many customers use the Camaro as a canvas to express their personalities and these concepts serve as inspiration for the many options available from Chevrolet.”
