Forget about the old RX-8 and forget about those Vision GT Concepts because this could be one of the hottest ride so far.

It’s called the Mazda RX-7 and, obviously, it doesn’t exist in the real world. The images were created on Theophilus Chin’s computer and it represent the artist’s interpretation on how the new rotary-powered Mazda RX-Vision Concept could end up looking if it were to enter production.

The most striking feature is definitely the long hood with the Mazda Kodo design language visible in the front end. This is added to the sloping roof line, the small round double taillights, the rear diffuser incorporating the center-mounted dual exhaust tips and the 10-spoke wheels.

The actual concept is believed to serve as an inspiration for a possible rotary-powered car, but  the model has yet to receive the green light. Even so, it doesn’t hurt anyone to try and figure out what it may look like.
