Nissan adds the limited production Black and Yellow “Stinger Edition by Color Studio” JUKE SV packages to the “Color Studio” personalization program.

With the “Color Studio” program, Nissan allows its customers to personalize their favorite and (possibly) future vehicles through a wide array of color combinations for various accesories, such as wheels, spoilers and even door handles. Apparently, the project has been so successful that Nissan decided to expand it to other models as well.

But at the Los Angeles Motor Show, the Japanese car manufacturer presented two limited production Juke models – the Black Stinger Edition and Yellow Stinger Edition by Color Studio – both configured with an exclusive yellow interior.

The Yellow Stinger Edition features black-painted outside mirrors, door handles, rear spoiler and 17-inch aluminum wheels, contrasting the yellow overall scheme. Basically, the same motif is found at the interior as well, where the yellow-painted center console, power window switch plates, air vent rings, steering wheel stitching, and shift knob accents makes the overall darker cabin seem more joyful.

And the story is (almost) the same with the Black Stinger Edition Juke, only this time some of the hues are inverted so that the main colors mirror the aforementioned variant; black becoming yellow and vice-versa. Still, the yellow and black layout of the interior remains the same, as these two colors seem to be the most representative for the project, as Pierre Loing, vice president, Product Planning, Nissan North America said:

“While many buyers enjoy the ability to custom configure their JUKE through the seemingly endless combinations of colors and accessories available through Color Studio, we’ve taken two of our most popular colors – yellow and black – and most frequently ordered accessories and packaged them into these two special Stinger Editions,”

So, in case you want a limited Stinger Edition package for your Juke, you’ll have to pay $990 USD for it. Don’t forget, that’s on top of the JUKE SV front-wheel drive model, priced at $22,300 USD, or $24,150 USD for the all-wheel drive model. But you’ll have to hurry, especially as these things sell-out pretty fast, as Loing continued:

“With limited production of the 2016 JUKE Stinger Editions by Color Studio, we expect them to sell quickly,” added Loing. “JUKE buyers are not afraid of standing out and these two Stinger Editions are about as bold as you can go.”
