Ever since Porsche launched the Panamera, it took a lot of heat for its looks; yet no one doubted that under the ungainly exterior lies one of the world’s fastest and most luxurious premium sports saloons.

In the case of the Turbo version, the V8 500 PS and 700 Nm are not to be sniffed at, since the 4.2 second 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time and 303 km/h (188 mph) top speed are pretty serious numbers.

This particular example was “refreshed” by Vivid Racing, who chose Vorsteiner V-201 three-piece forged wheels to compliment the Vorsteiner carbon fiber front bumper and rear decklid spoiler the car was already fitted with.

Furthermore, the wheels are finished in Brushed Aluminum and measure 20×9 at the front and 20×11 at the rear, while the Pirelli P Zero tires are sized 255/40/20 in the front and 295/35/20 on the rear axle. It’s a pretty good combo and the rim finish works well with the Sapphire Blue Metallic exterior.

This is probably one of the most conservative-looking custom wheels on a Panamera, as not a few owners apparently prefer something a little bit more extreme. You know, beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that…
