Scion has announced their new partnership with Los Angeles-based lifestyle brand, STAMPD, debuting alongside the a new Scion concept vehicle at the 2015 LA Auto Show.

STAMPD was named one of GQ Magazine’s “Best New Menswear Designers in America” for this year, giving it the chance to create some new looks for Scion product specialists to wear during the entire 2015-2016 auto show season.

The collection is said to be exclusive to the Scion brand and includes jackets, shirts and pants – pretty much what you’d expect to see from the very fashionable Generation Y consumer – precisely the type of customer Scion is going after.

Chris Stamp, creator and designer of STAMPD said that he wanted to “keep the palette for the collection muted so the clothes complement the cars. The details are understated, but looking closely you can see how intricate each piece is, adding a modern approach to conventional specialist wear.”

Stamp also directed two new commercials featuring both menswear and womenswear outfits, complimenting the 2016 Scion iM 5-door hatchback and the 2016 iA sedan. So far, only the menswear video has been released.

“STAMPD’s design aesthetic and west coast roots resonate with Scion drivers and the lifestyle brand we’re building through our new concepts and vehicles,” said Scion events manager Landy Joe. “We want auto show visitors to see this STAMPD partnership up close and learn how Scion is infusing our cars with the same creative passion.”

Currently, Scion prides itself on offering a simple, no-haggle buying experience for the youthful audience, with a versatile range that includes the all-new iM 5-door hatchback, the iA sports sedan, the xB urban utility vehicle, the tC sports coupe and the FR-S rear-wheel drive sports car.
