With worldwide production set to a mere 700 units, the BMW M4 GTS is one of the most exclusive, circuit-munching, fastest Bimmers to date. Willing and able to buy one? You’re probably out of luck.

According to Autovisie, the hardcore version of the M4 has already been sold out. Although it comes with a hefty price tag, ($134,200 in the US without the Clubsport package), the GTS makes for an enticing package.

With its twin-turbo six tuned to 493 hp and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft), which are directed to the rear wheels via a 7-speed M dual-clutch transmission, it can sprint from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 305 km/h (190 mph). Plus, the M Division tweaked not just the looks but, more importantly, the chassis to make it a worthy successor to the E46 M3 CSL and E92 M3 GTS that preceded it.

Out of the total production run, only 300 units are slated to reach the U.S market in spring of 2016. Better check out with your local BMW dealer fast, in case there is any left, or expect to pay a premium.
