Driving while drunk is never a good idea and the driver of a Mercedes-Benz M-Class in the Middle East recently experienced first-hand just what that means.

Filmed at the Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel in Doha, Qatar, footage shows the moment a young male sped through the hotel’s lobby and parking area before crashing into an expensive Rolls-Royce Ghost on at least two occasions.

It isn’t known how the driver got access to the M-Class and if it was in fact his own vehicle. Whatever the case may be, the trail of destruction he left behind is apparent. Initially, he ran into the side of the expensive British sedan but based on its curious position half in the parking lot and half on the hotel floor, it seems likely that it was rammed before the camera started rolling.

Later in the clip, the M-Class driver can be seen driving around the carpark before speeding towards the Rolls-Royce and smashing into it once again, causing significant damage to both cars.

Before long, hotel security can be seen detaining and dragging away the man whose hysterical giggling provides an indication of just how intoxicated he was.

At this stage, no further details about the incident are known but it’s inevitable the man will face a slew of charges.
