Valentino Rossi is not only one of the most successful motorbike racers of all time with six MotoGP World Championships but he is also a charismatic and much-loved Italian around the world. Beyond being exceptionally capable on two wheels, Rossi has also proven himself to be more than handy behind the wheel of some incredibly fast cars, having previously tested Ferrari’s Formula One cars.

Quite amazingly, during Rossi’s dominance in MotoGP, he also competed in the World Rally Championship for three different races in 2002, 2006 and 2008 with a Peugeot 206, a Subaru Impreza and, finally, a Ford Focus RS WRC car.

Thanks to his close ties with Monster Energy, Rossi still gets the opportunity to drive some incredible cars and actually owns a bespoke Ford Fiesta WRC car. While he doesn’t compete with it in the premiere rally championship, it does bring it out for special events and did just that at the recent 2015 Monza Rally Show, which he actually won!

So, here’s a demonstration of the most popular MotoGP rider’s skills on behind the wheel of his rally car.
