Beyond the mythical Devel Sixteen, the Lykan Hypersport and Fenyr Supersport are the only real Middle Eastern supercars on the market, but a Qatari company dubbed Elibreia hopes to soon join them.

The firm unveiled its supercar concept at the ongoing 2016 Qatar Motor Show, and as with the two aforementioned models from W Motors, it’s design is certainly eyebrow-raising bringing together sharp lines and more aggressive angles than a stealth bomber.

Beneath the rather insane bodywork is a V6 engine sourced from General Motors, modified to produce in the region of 525 hp, apparently sent through an unknown gearbox to all four wheels. Given that the concept only weighs 1,000 kg (2,200 pounds), it does have the potential to be as quick as some entry-level supercars like the McLaren 570S.

The vehicle itself was designed by a student at the University of Texas’ Doha campus in Qatar.

At this stage, it isn’t known if or when the car will reach the market. Nevertheless, this original concept will certainly not go by unnoticed… Check it out in the videos below, courtesy of ArabGT and Gulf Supercars.
