Vorsteiner’s new V-CS Aero kit features tried and tested exterior mods that can be fitted exclusively to the 981 Cayman GT4 model for those who want to get the most of their car on track.

Built out of pre-preg carbon fiber, with a UV-inhibiting clear lacquer coating, the kit consists of a front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser and a fixed rear wing with riser extensions.

In addition, the car also comes with a set of 19″ V-FF 106 flow forged wheels and a GT4 Clubsport-inspired livery that’s meant to mostly stand out when the car is on the track.

The team found that the extra aero components reduced the Cayman GT4’s lap time by a full second around The Thermal Club track, with an emphasis on how the riser extensions ultimately helped the car achieve better grip in high speed corners.

Since we’re talking about performance, when stock, the Cayman GT4 will accelerate to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.4 seconds before maxing out at 295 km/h (183 mph). It’s powered by a 385 PS, 420 Nm (309 lb-ft) flat-six 3.8-liter engine that was undoubtedly tested to its limits at The Thermal Club track – which is the location pictured in the mega-gallery bellow.
