You can now enjoy the Ford GT racer’s full throttle in an interactive video released by the Blue Oval.
Shot on the renowned Spa Francorchamps circuit and released as part of Ford’s celebrations that mark the brand’s return to the Le Mans 24 Hours endurance race, the footage allows fans to experience the behemoth in its natural environment, with a professional racing driver behind the wheel and the ability to look just about everywhere.
Consider it a shotgun ride, if that tickles your fancy, or the best way to check your bucket list for stepping inside the racer and enjoying it at competition speed, and keep in mind that the next time you’ll get to see it in action will be on June 18-19, in France, where two examples will compete for the Ford Chip Ganassi UK team.
The first one will be driven by Olivier Pla, Stefan Mucke and Billy Johnson, while the other will have Marino Franchitti, Andy Priaulx and Harry Tincknell taking turns in the cockpit.
