For angry V12 noises blended with 600hp-slides, right this way please.

The British sports car maker is currently putting the final touches to their new DB11 before the first cars reach their lucky customers and released a short teaser video for its cold weather testing.

The video shows the new Aston Martin DB11 being driven around an icy test track with the electronic nannies turned off.

Under the bonnet lies the company’s in-house developed twin-turbo 5.2-litre V12 engine with 600hp (608PS) and 516lb ft (700Nm) of torque mated to an eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox which makes the new DB11 the most powerful production DB in the history of the brand. 0-62mph comes in 3.9 seconds, with the top speed set at 200mph.

The new DB11 is the first Aston to benefit not only from the switch to turbocharging but also from the company’s technological partnership with Daimler. This means that the interior will host the latest tech in the cabin, with a 12-inch color TFT display for the instrument cluster and a second eight-inch display for the infotainment system controlled by a touchpad offering character recognition, multi-touch and gesture support.
