With only four essential model lines, and each of its models costing well into six figures, Bentley showrooms needn’t be as large as those of some more mass-market brands. But Bentley clients have come to expect more – especially in the United Arab Emirates. Little wonder, then, that the British automaker has opened its largest dealership worldwide in Dubai.

The new location encompasses 75,000 square feet of space on six floors. Located on Dubai’s prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road, the showroom is pronounced by a massive illuminated facade consisting of 160,000 LEDs capable of displaying a full spectrum of colors and even streaming video.

The interior fixtures are crafted in the same materials used in the vehicles on display, including wood, leather and polished metals. There’s a dedicated Mulliner Room for custom orders and a rooftop garden terrace, and an Aqua Graphic Water Curtain at the entrance capable of reading license plates and welcoming regular customers to the complex.

The showroom was opened by Al Habtoor Motors, the exclusive Bentley retailer in the Emirates (dealing as well in Bugattis, McLarens and other brands). The company operates two more Bentley showrooms, a café/boutique and pre-owned dealership all in Dubai, and another in Abu Dhabi.

The Middle East is one of Bentley’s key regions, behind North America, China and Europe. Last year the automaker sold 1,263 cars in the region out of 11,020 sold worldwide, representing more than a tenth of its global sales.
