Few cars in recent memory have enjoyed the hype of the new Honda NSX – and for good reason.
Not only does the new-age NSX serve as the replacement of one of the finest sports cars ever produced, it also experienced a painfully long gestation period, coming to the market over eight years after being initially announced.
Now that it is available to customers around the world, everyone wants to know if it’s worthy of the NSX badge and a match for its European rivals, so Auto Express recently tested a bright red example to find out.
Pitted against the Japanese supercar is an Audi R8 V10 and a Porsche 911 Turbo, two of fastest cars currently on sale which around a racetrack, are the epitome of performance.
Can the NSX keep up with them? Well you’ll have to watch the video after the jump to find out but keep this in mind; all three have all-wheel drive, quick-shifting dual-clutch transmissions and produce between 540 hp and 573 hp.
