Two people have been hospitalized and bright green McLaren 650S Spider wrecked following a multiple car crash in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles.

KTLA 5 reports that at least one of the vehicles involved in the crash fled the scene, leaving the McLaren and a silver Audi sitting in the road in a flood of debris following the impact.

Initially, it was though that four vehicles were involved in the wreck but according to LAPD Officer Charles Rodriguez, investigators assert that three cars were involved and that one of them drove off, claiming that it could have been racing the McLaren.

Although the circumstances surround the crash remain sketchy, the damage sustained to the expensive McLaren is obvious.

The front of the bright green 650S has been totally wrecked by the impact with debris strewn across the road and sidewalk. Additionally, the passenger side front wheel has been torn from the supercar, causing irreparable damage and sentencing the car to an early grave.

Stay tuned as more details about the incident emerge.
