This 1963 Lincoln Continental represents a great chance for someone to own a classic piece of American automotive history.

The car is described as a clean example that went through a full color change from white to black during the previous owner’s 30-year tenure and is powered by a 7.0-litre (430ci) V8 paired to a three-speed automatic gearbox.

The big Conti was bought recently from the current owner, who mentions some recent work done on the car, including the front bench seat being reupholstered in black leather and most of the brightwork both inside and out re-chromed.

Interior features like the power windows are working as they should, but others like the hydraulically-actuated door locks, the cruise control and the air-conditioning don’t.
