Both of them have two of the most recognizable cars right now in the petrolhead universe and share the same passion for driving but bringing them and their rides together on the same road looks like a match in heaven.

Sung Kang’s ‘Fugu Z’ meets Magnus Walker’s ‘277’ on the famed Angeles Crest Highway on the latest eGarage video. The only common thing the two cars have is that they are both street-legal track cars but that’s enough for Magnus and Sung to go out and have some fun together.

With a screaming, naturally aspirated RB26 DE straight six under the bonnet, Kang’s Datsun represents a restomodded dream that blends the best elements under one iconic shape. The Rocket Bunny kit combined with the white paintjob helps into making look not only fast but simple and honest as well.

The Porsche on the other hand started life as a 1971 911T but Walker’s touch made it a modern icon; leaving the aesthetic revisions aside, the 277 manages to hit the sweet spot between a street and a track car thanks to Magnus’ updates in the chassis over the years he owns it. It’s not the fastest but he claims it’s the sweetest to drive.

Two great cars on one stunning road with some good company is one fine way to spend a day.
