Even though this car doesn’t pack a great deal more horses over a regular Porsche Cayman GT4, thanks to Sharkwerks, it’s now sharper and more fun to drive.

When stock, the Cayman GT4 puts down 385 PS (380hp) and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft) of torque, coming from its 3.8-liter unit. This translates into a 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time of 4.4 seconds and a top speed of 295 km/h (183 mph) in a car that weighs just 1,415 kg (3,119 lbs).

Sharkwerks took all that and dropped in a little more power  (+35hp for a total of 415hp) to go with a lighter flywheel and with the fact that it’s been re-geared for maximum performance, which is what makes the biggest difference according to The Smoking Tire’s Matt Farah.

During his quick canyon road drive, Farah seems to be enjoying the GT4 quite a lot and he does let us know it’s better than the two stock Cayman GT4s he previously had the pleasure of trying out.

We’d also like to point out that the car sounds pretty aggressive thanks to the custom exhaust system.

As for the rest of the mods, they include custom brakes, new aero and exterior bits, suspension kit, transmission mods, lightweight alloys and software tuning.
