If you’re going to challenge a “car nerd”, you might as well do it right and put them inside three different classic cars at a time, while taking away any visual inputs.
Before that segment though, you’ll see Jay Leno have some fun with fellow comedians Brad Garrett and J.B. Smoove, where the latter shows off his favorite ride, a 1968 Lincoln.
Other impressive machines include a 40% bigger than usual VW bug and even a Boeing V-22 Osprey military aircraft, which is a $72.1 million piece of hardware that can seat 24 Marines and has vertical takeoff and landing capability.
Still, we wouldn’t be surprised if car enthusiasts were most curious about how one of their own, namely Doug DeMuro, did while blindfolded. If you’ll watch the segment, you’ll see that the cars weren’t all that easy to identify, even with Jay willing to give hints along the way.
All in all, there’s plenty of car and humorous content to satisfy all needs, and Leno’s time alongside J.B. Smoove feels a lot like an episode of Seinfeld’s Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee – which is a good thing.
