This is apparently the world’s only, factory original Ford Fiesta ST finished in Liquid Blue, which is the Ford GT’s signature color.

Ford Performance built this car for the 2015 Detroit Auto Show to sit next to the Ford GT on the company’s stand. Other unique features include the custom black and white Recaro seats dressed in Alcantara/leather and the Alcantara steering wheel.

The seller bought the car in late 2016 with only 57 miles on the clock, with the story reported by Road&Track at the time. The one-off Fiesta ST has now covered just 727 miles and is being offered in an auction at Bring A Trailer. The turbocharged 1.6-litre remains factory standard, meaning a healthy 197hp and 202lb-ft of torque.

The only flaw is that the special paintwork has two small cracks and other minor imperfections. Ford most likely painted this Fiesta in a rush for the show’s purposes, but the rest of the car looks almost brand new.
