Police opened fire on a black Infiniti G Coupe and killed the as-of-yet unidentified woman driver who had tried to ram a barricade near the White House, triggering a car chase. The chase ended 16 blocks away on Capitol Hill when police killed the suspect.

The driver’s identity, motives and the reason for which she did not stop the vehicle remain unknown. There was a young child inside the car as well, but according to reports, she emerged uninjured. The driver was shot as she exited the car – according to some sources, she hadn’t opened fire and no gun has been found in the car. A police officer was hurt when the woman backed into a police car.

Here's a video shot in the city of Almaty in Kazakhstan that has us kind of baffled, in the sense that we're not sure how the driver of the Infiniti G35 Coupe (unless we're mistaken and it's a G37 Coupe) ended up on the guard rails.

At around the 15-second mark, we see the Japanese coupe entering the main road, but instead of turning, the driver heads straight and violently smashes into the metal rails, with the car then pushing out tons of smoke.
