In the TV commercial humans and dummies have swapped places in order to show that even a dummy is aware that the use of seatbelts significantly reduce your chances of being seriously injured or knock on wood, dying in case of an accident. It’s not a matter of being a law abiding citizen, it’s a matter of living or dying. Simple as that.
