The levee surrounding the 2009 Nissan Murano (which should have been revealed for the first time at the LA Show press days on Nov. 14, 2007) has been fractured for the second time in a week – click here. This time, the guys who like connecting cars let out two new images of the second generation crossover along with a few details. Unlike the 2009 Murano’s exterior design which is more evolutionary than revolutionary, the crossover’s interior is all-new and definitely more upscale looking. -Continued after the jump

Sales are set to start in early 2008 and according to “The car Connection”, the new Murano will be offered in front- and all-wheel-drive versions both of which will be equipped with Nissan’s 265 Hp, 3.5-liter V-6 and a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
